Our Best Commercial Project Yet
We have a history of building smaller scale retail and office centres aimed to give smaller businesses the ability to own their space and participate in the appreciation of their property. This 41,000 square foot development in Christie Park is the latest example and (we think) the most beautiful of the bunch. Breaking ground on this one imminently.

Pushing Boundaries in a Storied Area
Currie is our newest development area where we’ll be trying out some of our more radical ideas. Steel frame construction – check. Rooftop lawns – check. Basement swimming pools – hopefully. We’re aiming to take Calgary’s breath away in this beautiful heritage area of the city. Major kudos to Canada Lands for the care and attention they have put into making this such a standout new area and for being so supportive of their builders.

Stunning Design for a Stunning Setting
Our first project in British Columbia, Zara at Lakestone is an 86-unit collection of high end condos in an epic setting. 200 degrees views of the Okanagan, infinity pool, fifth-floor sky bridge, generous layouts – we’re being very ambitious with this one. We’re looking to open our sales center soon and hope you’ll come check us out in Lake Country.
